Alpha Rings Partner Program

This document outlines the terms and expectations of the Alpha Rings wholesale partnership. It is designed to be straightforward — we want partners who are serious about the brand and serious about selling. If that's you, everything here is built to support your success.

Exclusive Territory

Alpha Rings works with one retail partner per county. When you open an account, your county is locked for 12 months. No competing Alpha Rings accounts will be approved in your territory during that period.

This is not a promotional offer. It is a structural commitment. We believe in giving our partners a real opportunity to establish Alpha Rings as the go-to men's wedding band in their market — and that requires protecting your shelf.

Territory exclusivity is tied to your account remaining in good standing and meeting the annual reorder minimum of one qualifying order per calendar year.

The Alpha Legacy Set

Every new partner has the option to add the Alpha Legacy Set to their opening order for $300. The set includes 7-8 curated display rings representing the full Alpha Rings lineup — one ring per key style and metal. Retail value of the set is $1,500–$2,000 or more at standard pricing.

The Legacy Set is designed to do two things: give your customers something to hold and feel in-store, and give you a sellable asset when Series 2 launches. These are not cheap display dummies. They are full production rings.

The Alpha Legacy Set is available on opening orders of $2,000 or more. It cannot be added to reorders at this price.

Pricing and Margins

Alpha Rings wholesale pricing is structured to give partners genuine margin, not the illusion of it.

• Opening orders are priced at 50% off suggested retail.
• Reorders of $3,000 or more are priced at 55% off suggested retail.
• There are no volume tiers beyond this. No complex pricing grids. No hidden fees.

Partners are expected to honor Alpha Rings suggested retail pricing (MAP policy below). Promotional flexibility is permitted — clearance events, bundle pricing, and seasonal promotions are fine. Chronic undercutting that undermines the brand's retail value is not.

MAP Policy — Minimum Advertised Price

Alpha Rings maintains a Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) on all products. Partners may not advertise or display Alpha Rings products below MAP in any public-facing channel — in-store signage, online listings, social media, or print.

MAP is set at the suggested retail price listed on alpharings.com at the time of your order. Partners may sell below MAP in private negotiations with individual customers, but public advertising must honor MAP.

Violations of MAP policy are grounds for account review and potential suspension. We will always contact you directly before taking action.

The F1 Carbon Fiber Ring — Required Inclusion

Every retail order fulfilled by an Alpha Rings partner must include the F1 carbon fiber backup ring. This is not optional. It is a core part of the Alpha Rings customer promise and a key differentiator from competitors.

F1 rings are provided to partners at wholesale cost as part of the program. If you are running low, contact us before you run out — we will ensure you are stocked.

Fulfilling retail orders without the F1 ring is a material breach of the partnership agreement.

Display Standards

Alpha Rings does not require a dedicated display case, but we do ask that rings are presented in a way that reflects the brand's positioning. Clean, organized, and professional. The rings should be accessible to touch — customers who hold an Alpha Rings product are significantly more likely to purchase.

Partners using the Alpha Legacy Set display rings should keep them in good condition. Scratched or damaged display rings should be replaced. Contact us and we will work with you on replacement pricing.

Alpha Rings branding materials — logo files, product photography, and copy — are available on request. All use of Alpha Rings branding requires either use of approved materials or pre-approval of custom materials before publication.

Fulfillment — In-Stock Orders

In-stock rings ship from our Midwest warehouse within 2 business days of order confirmation. Shipping is to your store address on file.

In-stock rings are the 12 core styles in the standard catalog. These are always available and ready to ship. If a style goes out of stock temporarily, we will notify you immediately with an estimated restock date.

Special Orders

Special order rings are available for styles outside the standard in-stock catalog. These include limited production metals and custom configurations.

Special order terms:

• Minimum order quantity: 5 units per style
• Deposit: 50% at time of order placement
• Lead time: 6-8 weeks from deposit confirmation
• Cancellations after deposit are non-refundable. Cancellations within 24 hours are free. Cancellations after 24 hours are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Special order items are marked clearly in the catalog. If you are unsure whether a style is in-stock or special order, contact us before placing your order.

Lifetime Warranty — Partner Responsibilities

Alpha Rings products carry a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. As a partner, your responsibility is to communicate this warranty to your customers and direct warranty claims back to us.

Do not attempt to process warranty replacements independently. All warranty claims go through Alpha Rings directly. We handle the replacement and ship directly to the customer or back to your store, depending on the situation.

The warranty does not cover normal wear, scratches, or damage from misuse. Alpha Rings rings are designed to earn their marks — that is part of the brand story. Help your customers understand this before purchase.

End of Term — Territory Renewal

Territory exclusivity is reviewed annually. To maintain exclusivity, your account must remain in good standing and have placed at least one qualifying order in the prior 12 months.

If you choose not to renew, or if your account is suspended, your territory becomes available to other applicants. There is no automatic renewal — we will contact you 60 days before your term expires to discuss continuation.

Partners who have built strong local presence and consistent sales history will be given priority consideration for renewal and expanded territory options as the program grows.

Account Standards and Conduct

Alpha Rings reserves the right to pause or revoke partner accounts for the following reasons:

• Misrepresentation of the brand, products, or program terms
• Failure to include the F1 ring with retail orders
• Chronic MAP violations
• Use of unapproved branding or marketing materials
• Conduct that damages the Alpha Rings brand or other partners

We will always communicate directly before taking action. If there is an issue, we want to resolve it. This program is built on mutual respect and mutual success — that goes both ways.
